Their therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing techniques, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Boca Recovery Bloomington provides detox with medical supervision and medication assistance, if needed. Their next levels of care include residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. In partial hospitalization, clients live at home or in sober living and come to treatment 25-30 hours a week. In intensive outpatient, clients have more independence with 9-20 hours of treatment a week. Outpatient care requires a few recovery-focused hours each week.
