The place is called “Calm”for a reason. The staff will become family and will be there to support you in any way you need.
What I’ve learnt from Calm rehab is that, you’re not alone! You have the help from people that have been down the same roads and understand the struggle.I'm a person who has been on many drugs in my life, and did over come some by myself with the help of friends and family, but alcohol became my final addiction and there was nothing anyone could say or do to help me get off it. That’s until I was taken to Bali and sent to Calm. Even though I overcame other addictions in life, they opened my mind up even more to the reasons behind it all. The in-depth conversations about your personal struggle really hits home. You start finding yourself without hiding behind the mask you’ve created.
I’m now on 3 months sober and I’m not even thinking about touching a drink. It's still early days for me and I do struggle some days, but the tools and mindfulness they teach you at Calm really helps if you use them. The Balinese nurses really care for you. They become like bothers and sisters and will be there for you no matter what time it is, and the food is amazing because it’s made by the best chef in all of Bali!
If you feel it’s time for you to get some help, please give these guys a call. It’s what they do best. They help people in need!
