Cutting-Edge Medical Treatment

CFHH uses some of the newest and most modern forms of care, like ketamine treatment and a medication to help with opioid recovery. They provide on-site medical detox with constant medical supervision. CFHH’s medical treatment can also treat co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders, with a focus on navigating trauma and re-prioritizing wellness.

Non-12-Step Treatment Philosophy

CFHH focuses on non-12-Step philosophies, believing that mindfulness and mental health treatment are imperative in recovering from addiction. They offer personalized treatment plans with specialized therapies for each client. CFHH’s residential stays range from 30 to 90 days, though stays can extend longer.

Wellness Program

CFHH’s comprehensive mental health-based program treats co-occurring disorders, addiction, and mental health. Their wellness program gets to the root of addiction, allowing clients to understand what causes it and how they can introduce new wellness practices to manage triggers, symptoms, and unhealthy behaviors.

Family Program

Centres for Health and Healing provides a family program every Saturday for family members to get involved with their loved one's recovery. Group sessions go over the recovery process and provide addiction education to family members of those seeking treatment. By doing this, those in recovery can leave CFHH and return to a support group that’s educated on their needs, compassionate, and ready to help them through recovery.

My brother who has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life attended CFHH after attending multiple centres throughout the year. Not one other centre had the type of affect on my brother like they did he came home looking healthy and ready to get back to the person he once was.

My overall impression of the center is that it provided a caring and supportive environment for those seeking treatment for their mental health. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and compassionate. I appreciated the variety of treatment options available, which allowed me to tailor my care to my specific needs.During my stay, I participated in individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions. I found both to be incredibly beneficial in helping me to better understand and manage my mental health. The staff were knowledgeable and skilled in their approach, and I felt heard and understood throughout my time at the center.
