Clearfork Academy is a Christ-centered treatment program that specializes in the treatment of chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health disorders. Clearfork Academy is a gender-specific program for boys ages 13-18. They offer a structured and therapeutic environment with services that include medical detox, residential treatment, IOP, and sober living. Clearfork puts Christ at the center of recovery and treatment includes dual diagnosis support, continued education, and a variety of therapeutic approaches through individual and group settings. The treatment tracks are usually 90 days in length. A typical day at Clearfork includes daily devotionals, group therapy, individual therapy, and academics. Other therapies included are CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and family counseling. Additionally, there are a variety of holistic methods offered like equine therapy, art and music therapy, and adventure therapy. Family therapy is essential to Clearfork, and they offer a weekend family program with events and conferences.
The residential campus sits on over 80 acres of land in Fort Worth, Texas, which overlooks Eagle Mountain Lake. The ranch-like property consists of 3 main houses. Clients can enjoy a variety of amenities such as a saltwater pool, outdoor fireplace, study room, a game room, and ample space to kick back and hang out. Clients have the opportunity to engage in numerous activities on site like hiking trails, mountain biking, and ropes courses. Healthy meals are prepared for clients by on-site chefs. Clearfork Academy accepts most private insurance, and some clients may qualify for a loan through Financing Solutions.
