Compass Detox is an addiction treatment center located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Their medical team is comprised of doctors, therapists, and addiction specialists. There are 3 levels of treatment at Compass Detox. The first level is an evaluation where the staff assesses the client’s state and crafts a unique program to meet the client’s specific needs with a focus on mind, body, and spirit. The second level is stabilization, where the client medically withdraws from the substance. At this stage, clients have access to all amenities and 24/7 staff. The third and final level is aftercare, where Compass will help the client find arrangements after detox. The Compass Detox staff aims to provide compassionate and understanding care for each client.

Compass Detox provides a wide array of therapies to help each client through their withdrawal. Some of these therapies include IV nutrient therapy, electroanalgesia therapy, deep tissues laser therapy, lymphatic drainage, massage therapy, axial non-invasive spinal decompression, chiropractic therapy, neurofeedback, and many more. Compass creates gender-specific plans and also has an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a partial hospitalization program (PHP). The Compass facility has comfortable common areas, updated bedrooms, and outdoor lounge space. They are LegitScript certified and Joint Commission accredited.
