Diamond Ranch Academy is a rehabilitation center for adolescent girls and boys ages 12-17 who are struggling with addictions and co-occurring disorders. They have a therapeutic program that uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, narrative therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), motivational interviewing, crisis management, Narcotics/Alcoholics Anonymous, S.M.A.R.T. recovery addiction, substance abuse counseling, experiential therapy, structural family therapy, solution focused therapy, psycho-educational therapy, trauma-based approaches, art therapy, and EAGALA equine assisted psychotherapy. They have 5 different programs that are separated by age and gender to allow clients to connect with peers who are struggling with the same issues. Diamond Ranch Academy has a Character Curriculum that focuses on developing skills such as self-esteem, manners, deep thinking, basic values, self motivation, leadership, and learning, all while incorporating hands-on work and interpersonal communication. Diamond Ranch Academy is accredited by the Joint Commission. The monthly rate of admission can fluctuate depending on the program. The price ranges from $7,400-$12,900 and is typically private pay, they do offer financing options.
Diamond Ranch Academy is a college style campus that stretches over 55 acres. During a client's stay at Diamond Ranch Academy, they have the opportunity to celebrate different holidays from Halloween to Christmas, and other religious holidays as well. All accommodations are shared dorm style according to gender and age and supervised 24/7.
