Upcoming Teen Mental Health Program

EHN Bellwood Toronto newest program specializes in treating mental health and addiction struggles in teens. The program will run for 12 weeks at a time, and treats substance use, mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Teens receive individual and group counseling, plus family therapy, psychoeducation, and nutritional guidance. Bellwood Health Services also offers an online teen mental health program, which runs for 9 weeks and provides an additional 14 weeks of aftercare.

Eating Disorder Recovery

EHN Bellwood Toronto offers 2 programs for eating disorder recovery: primary eating disorder care and treatment for co-occurring eating disorders, addiction, and mental health conditions. Each program provides meal support, nutritional therapy, and 1:1 and group therapies. Bellwood Health Services provides psychoeducation for clients and their loved ones, as well as aftercare services.

Mental Health Programs

EHN Bellwood Toronto offers multiple programs for primary mental health conditions, including an inpatient trauma program, OCD program, depression program, bipolar program, anxiety program, healthcare professionals program, and a concussion and aquired brain injury support (CABIS) program. Bellwood Health Services also offers a return to wellness program, which provides 2 weeks of residential care (with detox if needed) and 8 weeks of IOP, plus a year of aftercare.

Online Program And Aftercare Services

Clients across Canada can access primary treatment and aftercare services using Bellwood Health Services’ app. They tailor online treatment to each client with a primary therapist, such as psychotherapists, clinical counsellors, and/or social workers. Their online after care lasts one year, with additional support available through Bellwood Health Services’ alumni network.

Sober Living

Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program
A structured program, less intensive than inpatient treatment but more intensive than traditional outpatient care, involving a combination of therapies skills-building activities, to help people work towards recovery and maintain mental health.
Outpatient
