About Mental Health Program at Futures Recovery Healthcare
Just off the Atlantic coast, the Mental Health Program at Futures Recovery Healthcare treats adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder (BPD), and other mood conditions. Through compassionate care and tailored therapies, Futures helps patients learn to navigate life’s everyday challenges, including work stress, parental and family relationships, financial pressures, and other issues that can trigger and exacerbate the symptoms of mental health conditions. Clients will receive integrated psychiatry, medication management, individual and group psychotherapy sessions, recreational therapy, and family therapy for well-rounded treatment.
Futures Recovery Healthcare’s location in Tequesta, Florida promises sun and warmth all year round. The Atlantic ocean isn’t far, and a pool offers an even more convenient swimming experience to enjoy Florida’s weather. Combined with their mental health program’s private location on the second floor of Futures Recovery, recovery will be completely focused on healing, relaxing, and learning. The staff at Futures work with utmost empathy and compassion, understanding the depths of mental health through experience and qualifications. Each member of their staff seeks to make the experience as healing as possible, while still making sure clients are comfortable, relaxed, and receiving the best treatment possible.
Futures’ Mental Health Program takes a thorough approach to mental health treatment, understanding that mental health is often a complicated issue that can have more than one cause, or seemingly none at all. An initial assessment goes over clients’ family history, looking for any factors that may be contributing to their mental health. Since psychiatric medications are often so effective in treating and managing mental health disorders, Futures prioritizes introducing them to clients’ treatment plans after their assessment. However, medications are most effective working in tandem with therapy, which is why they offer a wide range of psychotherapy on an individual and group level. Futures’ family therapy program includes loved ones in this process, turning them into a band of mental health allies clients can count on to understand them and their condition.
Futures strives to make the experience at their mental health program as healing and restorative as possible, which is why they take a multifaceted approach to treatment. This includes physical health and nutritional wellness. Futures’ chefs prepare meals that are nutritious and catered to clients’ dietary needs, and their exercise groups and pool provide bodily healing and wellness. Fully private or shared rooms all come with a television, internet, and common space. Group activities create a sense of community and give clients the opportunity to foster friendships. The sense of community at Futures Recovery extends into their aftercare program, ensuring that clients stay connected to therapy, community, and medication management.

And more...
The Mental Health Program at Futures Recovery Healthcare takes a holistic and coordinated approach to treatment. Futures treats individuals with a primary mental health condition, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and related mood conditions.
Futures’ program is designed to make the process of participating in their intensive holistic, clinical, and wellness therapies as convenient, efficient, and enjoyable as possible. Clients will receive a high number of individual and group therapy hours, medical checks, and participate in recreation, self-care, and wellness activities throughout their stay.
Futures’ Mental Health Program is on the second floor of their campus, with a dedicated nursing station and medical suite that enhance patient privacy, separate from all other Futures' programming. Clients are shown to their comfortable two-person suite, which features a shared sitting room, private bedroom, and private bathroom.
Futures’ Mental Health Program treats mental health conditions as chronic conditions, meaning their treatment must also be ongoing. To set up clients for lasting success, Futures ensures that they are connected to needed care facilities. Futures will make the introductions, ensure that they’re accepting new patients, and deliver clients’ records for a smooth transition.
