About Hanley Center At Origins
Hanley Center at Origins has been a pioneer in addiction recovery for more than 35 years and continues to provide clinically excellent, integrated, and individualized treatment and services. Hanley Center provides age and gender-specific addiction treatment through their Center for Women's Recovery, Center for Men's Recovery, and a Center for Older Adult Recovery, designed specifically for older men and women.
An assessment of each individual's needs is the first step in treating the disease of addiction. Hanley Center follows a holistic approach that cares for the whole person instead of focusing on the patient's addiction alone. Hanley is proud to provide all of their patients with innovative, effective treatment programs devised by professionals and experts. Treatments range from detoxification and medical stabilization to sophisticated therapies and ongoing care planning.
Hanley Center’s staff is highly trained to provide specialized services to patients suffering from PTSD or trauma. Every member of Hanley's team—from clinical and medical to administrative staff—is trained and educated on trauma and the importance of creating a trauma-informed environment. They know that co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health disorders affect one another and that they must be treated together. A healthy mind, body, and spirit are essential for recovery.
Hanley Center understands that addiction is a family disease, which is why they treat the patient's entire family. At the start of treatment and throughout the course of recovery, members of the family are actively involved. Hanley's five-day intensive Family Program is designed to provide support to families whose loved ones struggle with addiction. Family members learn about the disease of addiction in a therapeutic group setting and discover healthy ways to heal themselves and support the family unit. Aftercare keeps clients and their families supported long after they leave Hanley Center, giving them the best setup for lasting recovery.
