Inner Light Marbella is a holistic drug and alcohol rehab that offers short and long-term residential care along with a sober living community. The unique recovery home is located on a 42-acre nature reserve in Marbella, Spain. The beautiful property is surrounded by wildlife and is also a short drive to gorgeous beaches and the stunning mountain area of Sierra Bermeja.

Inner Light Marbella utilizes evidence-based treatment methods along with holistic services. Being one with nature is a key element to recovery at Inner Light. Clients will be able to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings, making it easy to find a true sense of inner peace. Inner Light also has a large garden, and clients will be able to participate in holistic therapies like horticulture therapy, equine therapy, Reiki, meditation, yoga, and more. 12-Step philosophy is combined with traditional talk therapy and experiential therapies. Experiential therapies involve activities like surfing, mountain hiking, cycling, swimming, beach walks, sunrise and sunset contemplation, dolphin and whale watching, and exploring some of the hidden gems the southern Spanish coast has to offer.

The grand facility is safe, beautiful, and full of light, and the scenery is simply magical. Bedrooms are spacious with beautiful exposed beams. They have a lush garden, a library, a lounge with an open fire place, a big rustic style kitchen and dining area, a cement BBQ with stone oven, outdoor yoga spaces, table tennis, a pool table, natural walking trails, a river, and an organic vegetable farm with chickens (daily fresh eggs) where everything is naturally preserved. Clients will also enjoy 3 meals a day prepared by in-house chefs and fresh ingredients.
