A dual diagnosis treatment center that offers a unique approach to treating addiction with individualized plans and up-scale sober living homes.
About Lighthouse Recovery Texas
Lighthouse Recovery Texas offers a unique approach to treating addiction. Their continuum of care is designed to help clients find and develop their own motivations and lead them to a life of sobriety. They offer an intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP), gender-specific sober living, and recovery coaching. Lighthouse Recovery’s IOP program offers individual, group, and family therapy in an environment that is both discrete and uplifting.
The wrap-around sober living programming is an all-in-one solution for most residents, allowing them to slowly reintegrate back into work or school all the while build the relationships and the skills needed for long-term success in sobriety. The gender-specific sober living homes are modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Residents stay an average of 90-180 days and are provided with 10 hours of group programming and 1 individual counseling session per week. Transportation can be provided to school, work, or meetings, and the kitchen is always stocked with groceries. Recovery coaching is provided for continued guidance and accountability. During Recovery Coaching, each client maintains a single point of contact for their recovery needs, resulting in better transparency. Individuals then feel comfortable sharing experiences, and recovery coaches can offer insight to commonly encountered problems along the way.
With a highly-trained staff with over 30+ years of experience, Lighthouse Recovery Texas is a great choice for those looking for long-term treatment.
