About New Leaf
New Leaf set out to create a detox program that not only provides a safe environment, but offers individualized care and a focused curriculum. Treatment is always personalized to the individual's specific needs and can include substance-specific detox and dual-diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions. An accurate assessment is a key component of the program allowing patients to receive a tailor-made treatment plan with therapies and options that work for them.
When it comes to treating addiction, New Leaf uses a holistic approach. Instead of overmedicating, their goal is to impart helpful life skills through individual therapy, physical exercise, medication, and yoga.
Medically managed detox typically lasts 3-9 days and patients have the option to stay for a 30 day inpatient program at their home-like facility in San Juan Capistrano. Here, patients will enjoy a comfortable environment with private rooms, upscale living spaces, and a large outdoor patio with a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill.
