Nōmina Wellness offers a revolutionary evidence-based 7 week all inclusive and customized injury treatment plans, designed to promote multi-functional holistic healing. This specialized program offers a team of experts, technology in the field, tailored treatment using Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, Intravenous Therapy and Injection Therapy and support through the psychological effects of injuries.
Nōmina Wellness offers a 6-week skills-focused program that is designed to support daily living for individuals who want to develop the resources to function more confidently and independently. The skills program focuses on growth, career planning, personalized fitness support, diet and cooking, and exploring the challenges to personal growth. The goal of the skills program is to encourage confidence in personal autonomy so that individuals can thrive. This program has a specialized support team of skill facilitators, registered counsellors, mental health professionals, and other professionals to ensure optimal success. Continued family support and 12 months of aftercare are included with program completion.
Nōmina Wellness offers an Intensive Outpatient Program with the option to attend in person or entirely online. Classes, resources, and support are offered through Nōmina Wellness while continuing everyday life responsibilities and being able to sleep in the comfort of your own bed. Intensive Outpatient program can also be successful as post residential options to help clients transition more smoothly. Continued family support and 12 months of aftercare follow-up are included.

Nōmina Wellness offers private rooms with incredible views to wake up each morning to.
Staff empowers with support, compassion and zero judgement for individuals to take control over their mental health and addictions. The staff offers a diverse range of specializations and all clinical team members hold a minimum master's level education and are highly skilled in working with treatment-resistant and complex disorders. Male and female clinicians are available to support a range of sexual health related disorders. Nōmina Wellness is proud to offer programming with a certified International Transgender Care Association (ITCA) certified specialist.
Nōmina Wellness works along side you to make a tailored treatment plan with specialized care. This variety of skill and expertise allows staff to work closely with the individual to choose the best method of treatment. Each program is designed for 6 weeks to best serve the individual, but Nōmina Wellness can provide a shorter stay option if reviewed by staff and meets the needs of the client.
