About Noosa Confidential
Noosa Confidential takes an integrated approach to finding sustainable wellness from chronic conditions, including addiction. With an array of experienced staff, Noosa treats mental health conditions, addiction, eating disorders, grief, and trauma. They provide 1-on-1 treatment, tech access, and receive a maximum of 5 clients at a time. Noosa Confidential extends this individualized treatment from the admissions process through the 12 months of aftercare they provide.
The staff at Noosa Confidential operate with learned and experienced knowledge, using their credentials and personal lives to help others. Psychologists, therapists, nurses, and holistic practitioners cater their support to the unique needs and conditions of each client. Noosa also prioritizes confidentiality, keeping treatment as private as clients prefer. Their 1-on-1 treatment extends to all levels of care for this reason–mental, physical, and spiritual.
Noosa Confidential guides clients through detox in a non-clinical setting, surrounding them with comfort and medical supervision. Nutritional and biomedical wellness help make detox as comfortable as possible. Clients also have the opportunity to connect with family and meet work needs with Noosa Confidential’s tech policy. Noosa welcomes family visits, encouraging family to come if and when clients desire. Most pets can come, too.
At Noosa Confidential, clients can enjoy experiential and evidence-based therapies. Their focus on whole-person healing offers a variety of therapy types and methods, including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and somatic experiencing. After 3-8 weeks of residential care, clients receive 12 months of remote aftercare with their same practitioners. Clients have their own private room and bathroom throughout their residential stay.

Noosa Confidential blends holistic and evidence-based treatments to offer a well-rounded approach. A focus on nutrition and exercise helps clients become physically well, while Noosa’s psychologists and therapists help clients heal emotionally. Noosa Confidential aims to treat any underlying causes of addiction and mental health by examining all parts of mind, body, and spirit.
Noosa Confidential delivers all treatment in a 1-on-1 setting, from talk therapies to personal training. This aligns with their focus on privacy and personalized treatment, allowing clients to know their care team at a deep level. Flexible treatment schedules also help working professionals or family members stay connected.
Noosa Confidential treats primary mental health conditions like bipolar, post traumatic stress (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). They treat mental health alongside or independent of addiction. Noosa’s eating disorder treatment supports clients with a variety of eating disorders, striving to treat the condition and its cause for long-lasting healing.
When not in therapy, clients are welcome to stay connected to work and friends. Noosa Confidential also welcomes most dogs and cats to stay on site. The added companionship of pets and technology freedom can make treatment more comfortable, which is something Noosa prioritizes for each client.
