About Recovery Ranch
Recovery Ranch Tennessee is located on 2000 acres of beautiful Cherokee land, just 45 minutes away from Nashville. Recovery Ranch is a rehabilitation home that treats men and women who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, sex addictions, eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Recovery Ranch is a working horse and cattle ranch. Recovery Ranch is an evidence-based, holistic, and 12-step facilitation program. Recovery Ranch treatment center offers a range of traditional, experiential, adventure, and trauma-focused therapies so that clients can discover what helps them recover in a way that honors their personal beliefs, preferences and experiences. Clients find many ways to recover and reconnect with themselves through individual and group therapy, mindfulness practices, equine therapy, ropes courses, zip lining, and Native American healing traditions. They include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), couples therapy, art therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eating disorder treatments, nutrition, experiential therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and family therapy. Recovery Ranch is in network with most major insurance companies.
Recovery Ranch houses 18 women and 18 men, and they have 5 cabin-style homes spread out across the campus. Each house is gender-specific and has an open kitchen for clients to enjoy cooking and sharing meals together. The clients are encouraged to explore the outdoors by doing activities such as fishing, hiking, volleyball, and yoga. Typically clients stay for 28-30 days, and this can range from $19,000-$26,000. Recovery Ranch has a fully equipped gym and yoga studio. Clients get the opportunity to work with the horses and cattle.
