About Studio 64 Recovery
Studio 64 Recovery treats adult men and women in an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Their IOP services include evidence-based and holistic care, plus a balanced blend of individual and group therapy. Studio 64 seeks to empower lasting change and success through mental health care and identifying key triggers. Each treatment plan meets the unique needs of each client, in length and in approach.
Clients at Studio 64 retain flexibility, allowing them to adjust their work schedules around treatment. Studio 64 hosts intensive care 3-5 days a week, for about 4 hours each day. The total time spent on site varies by treatment needs and clients’ preferences. IOP treatment also allows clients to return home after a day of treatment, keeping them present in their home lives as they heal from addiction.
Studio 64 uses evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Their therapists and psychologist ensure each treatment plan is attuned to the needs of individual clients, combining holistic, experiential, and evidence-based care. This blended approach rounds out treatment for a whole-person experience.
Located in California, Studio 64 treats clients in a welcoming home. Studios for music creation and art therapy make it a comforting space for those looking to express their emotions creatively. Studio 64 aims to meet the needs of each client, offering services like acupuncture, yoga, and meditation to those seeking holistic wellness. Recreational outings add to the wellness opportunities at Studio 64 and adjust to client preferences.

Understanding each client has their own set of needs, Studio 64 tailors treatment to each person. Clients can enjoy a customized treatment plan suited to their experience with addiction and their goals for the future. Many of Studio 64’s team of professionals have come out of addiction themselves and understand the need for care that’s client-focused and comprehensive.
Clients heal as an individual and as a group at Studio 64. Individual therapy and group therapy complement their well-rounded approach, giving all clients the chance to learn from and support each other during recovery. Studio 64 also prioritizes teaching healthy social skills and vocational skills, helping clients with employment opportunities as needed.
Studio 64 treats the cause behind addiction, using therapeutic care to treat underlying depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. Dual-diagnosis treatment helps heal the root cause of addiction, giving clients the tools they need to avoid triggers, relapse, and stressors as they leave treatment.
Studio 64 centers their treatment around lifelong success. Their goal is to reduce relapse rates and give clients long-lasting sobriety, ensuring each client feels confident in their recovery before they leave IOP. Studio 64’s focus on the future helps make them a final stop in addiction treatment.

I came to studio 64 seeking recovery from alcoholism and my experience while there was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Chill and his partners Nick and Talin became like family to me and held my hard through the darkest days of my life. Music was a huge key in my healing and the individualized therapies I received helped me get to the root of my alcohol abuse issue. Because of this, I'm on the path towards a lasting recovery and I could not recommend this facility and the group of people who work there enough.

I highly recommend this IOP to anyone looking for help in becoming sober. Literally 5 star service the best around.
