Throughout their stay, clients reside in their own private, five-star villa overlooking the glistening waters of Lake Zurich—an idyllic setting to bolster mental well-being. High-end furnishings, grand artworks, fine dining and breath-taking views evoke exclusivity and sophistication, putting clients at ease and allowing them to focus on their treatments.
To ensure the utmost discretion, only a small number of clients are welcomed to The Kusnacht Practise at a time, with each one treated in the privacy of their own five-star residence. A specially formed team of renowned medical experts are put together for each client, depending on the treatment required and the programme they are engaged in.
Depending on diagnoses, clients receive between six to eight individual sessions a day in their private residence, for a minimum stay of six to eight weeks.
Some of their exclusive treatments include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), hypnotherapy, family therapy, positive psychology, biofeedback and neurofeedback, magnetic stimulation (rTMS, tDCS), biomolecular restoration (BIO-R®), and intermittent hypoxia hyperoxia therapy (IHHT).
