About The Orchard on the Brazos
Orchard on the Brazos provides serenity, privacy, and world-class amenities in the intimacy of a home-like facility. Low staff-to-resident ratios and all private bedrooms provide comfort and care during substance use and dual-disorder treatment. They incorporate 12-Step principles, focused work, therapy, and wellness practices into each unique treatment plan, ensuring that every client gets the most catered care possible. Orchard’s 130-acre campus runs along the scenic Brazos river in Wallis, Texas.
Orchard on the Brazos’ peaceful campus has 6 separate, specifically crafted homes. They provide meeting and therapy buildings, men’s housing, women’s housing, premier housing, a recreation building, long-term housing, and detox housing. Each tasteful home has large windows to take full advantage of their location, and with private bedrooms in all residential and long-term housing, treatment feels private and personal. Orchard on the Brazos' clinical and non-clinical staff are highly qualified and experienced in treating addiction and co-occurring disorders. They operate with compassion and empathy, understanding that each person is unique and brings in a past incomparable to anyone else.
The Orchard on the Brazos revolves around three main pillars: recover, explore, and live. Their special three-pronged approach helps set clients up for a lifetime of sobriety through addiction education, a continuum of care, and focusing on a greater power. They take care to treat the mind, body, and spirit through wellness practices, nutritious food, and various therapy modalities. Group therapy connects clients to their peers and provides an opportunity for two-way education, and creates the support that bolsters lasting sobriety.
All private rooms and well-appointed living facilities, plus a medically supervised detox center, all create an experience of wellness and luxury. Many of The Orchard on the Brazos’ staff members have suffered from addiction themselves, and are now dedicated to providing the help and support they once needed. That, combined with their restorative location and focus on complete healing, can help clients suffering from addiction or a co-occurring disorder get the comprehensive help they deserve.
