About West Coast Recovery Centers
Since 2012, West Coast Recovery Center has been providing holistic treatment for those struggling with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. West Coast Recovery Center offers gender-specific intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and sober living. A multidisciplinary clinical team offers therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), process groups, family and couples counseling, somatic experiencing, trauma-specific therapy, music therapy, equine therapy, and adventure therapy. West Coast Recovery uses an individualized approach where clients are highly involved in the creation of their wellness plans. 12-Step programs are available but not required. Physical activity is an important piece of West Coast’s holistic approach. Clients can participate in yoga, surfing, rock climbing, and ropes course, or they can work with a personal trainer once a day.
Nestled in the coastal community of San Diego, California, West Coast Recovery Center is a serene facility with some of the most idyllic scenery the golden state has to offer. Just a few blocks away from South Carlsbad State Beach, the seaside home provides clients with a beautiful, revitalizing environment that compliments the treatment process.
