InnerLife Recovery uses evidence-based therapies and complementary wellness services to help clients recover and find their strength and inner light. They’re surrounded by nature and mountains in a peaceful, recovery-focused facility.
InnerLife Recovery provides various evidence-based therapies to meet the needs of each unique client. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12-Step meetings, individual, group, and family counseling, blood work and assessments, tailored NAD+ vitamin transfusions, and tension and trauma release exercises (TRE). InnerLife Recovery treats co-occurring mental health conditions and co-occurring eating disorders with treatment specialists on-call. Their staff work with each client to arrange detox services as needed. Their staff are in recovery themselves and lead treatment with a unique level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
To complement their evidence-based therapies, InnerLife Recovery offers on-site wellness services and holistic therapies. These include:

InnerLife Recovery continues their support after clients’ 28-day residential stays in a 12-week aftercare program. Through ongoing counseling, support groups, and relapse prevention strategies, they empower clients to maintain long-term sobriety.

Clients receive a minimum of 2 individual therapy sessions each day. InnerLife Recovery extends recovery to the whole family, with family counseling available in each recovery plan.
InnerLife Recovery uses a comprehensive blend of evidence-based treatments to address substance use, past traumas, and treatment goals. InnerLife Recovery’s 28-day residential program continues with 12 weeks of aftercare. Clients attend continued counseling sessions, support groups, and relapse prevention planning in aftercare. InnerLight Recovery’s team checks in regularly to offer continued and consistent support.
