The employees here are the absolute best part of this whole experience, especially the ones that are in recovery and understand exactly what I am going through. I genuinely felt cared for by each individual here, and I cannot thank RAC enough for the change in mindset and truly taking the first step into sobriety, without you guys I would be dead.

Having previously been to treatment at another facility , I thought I know what ti expect. RAC has been such a positive experience , I have learned how to begin healing my mind, body and soul. I look forward to sobriety with al the news tools and support I have.

At first, I wasn't happy here, but I don't think I would be happy anywhere going through detox and withdrawals. After a while, I found myself with a completely changed mindset. I now radiate positivity and love. I have no interest in using, and this is the first time in my life that's ever happened. I have discovered a lot about myself. Since arriving here, I have new interests, hopes, goals, and dreams. When I leave here, I will be pursing a new career. The sky is now the limit, and I never thought that I'd ever get here. Thank you, truly.

I had a very positive experience at RAC, you could tell the staff cared about you and truly wanted to help you get better.

I called RAC on a Sunday morning, needing to enroll my wife in an alcohol recovery program. I had researched little but discovered that RAC’s former clients, without exception, raved about their experience and the love and care of the RAC staff. RAC accepted my wife and permitted her to check in that afternoon. Upon our arrival, she was greeted with compassion and broke down in tears as the gravity of the moment overwhelmed her. That was the start to two weeks that helped to change her life.

RAC has been absolutely amazing. The staff and nurses are extremely kind and caring and made me feel at home. I have been to many treatment centers, this is by the far the best one yet. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to seek treatment here.

Its a nice place...

My daughter was admitted to RAC with two major addictions that she had for many years. The admission process was efficient and they made both my daughter and I comfortable. Staff communication with me was amazing during her stay. Every person I dealt with was caring, helpful and supportive. My daughter stayed 30 days and has been sober since. She was set up with multiple resources when she left to get the support she needed. RAC was a real life saver for us.

I absolutely loved RAC and all of the staff. I was terrified to go to rehab. It has been such a warm and welcoming experience. Starting with my detox, all of the staff and nurses made sure all my needs were met. I would recommend RAC to anyone struggling.

I work with homeless individuals and families and my overall goal is to keep them housed long term. A lot of times substance abuse is a big reason for failing at keeping their housing, I refer my clients to RAC because I know they will have the best doctors, case managers and resources in the area.

My experience was phenomenal! Detox was not terrible for me, however I know, that if I had been struggling the staff would have helped me every step of the way. Residential was great! I was, at first, very nervous about sharing so openly in group. However, after my first day, I came out of the very thin shell I have and gave it my all. My only least favorite part of this whole experience, is I wish there was more of a group for the "old heads" as we are called.

My experience was great. The staff here has taught me so much and they have never failed to be there for me without judgement. I look forward to getting one year and coming back to work here.

Everybody was kind and welcoming, very easy to talk to everyone. One of the better decisions I've made is coming here.

Great place to heal

It was extremely comforting n it helped me get my life back. I learned alot about my disease.....and was always surrounded by encouraging staff!!!

This recovery center has showed me so much and how to cope. The meetings are great and the facility is very clean. When coming in here for recovery it makes you feel very comfortable which is something I longed for. Great place

The Robert Alexander Center has been a great place. the staff has been great and everyone has been helpful the entire way through the process.

My experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. Without exception the staff has exceeded any expectation I could ever have. Compassionate, caring fine people. The facility should be a model in good management. I wanted for nothing, and every concern I had was addressed immediately. The facility is kept very clean. Plenty ways to keep busy and recreate. I will never forget the superb experience I had here.

I couldn't have found a better place to come to for recovery. The whole RAC staff was amazing. I never wanted or thought about leaving. I learned so much while I was here and looking forward to continuing my journey with IOP with RAC. Over all has been a great experience.

The director of this program is very passionate about educating and helping both the client and their families find long term recovery... The support and community I have found within this program is something I will be forever grateful for.The staff is absolutely incredible, you won't find another place on earth like RAC. They truly care about your loved one and take the recovery process to a whole other level.

IT WAS LIFE-CHANGING

The staff stayed in contact with me and were always there to answer questions. They have a family support group that has been life changing for me. I have learned how to have my life not my daughters addicted life.

The RAC helped my niece get her life back. She’s been in and out of other rehabs but none took the approach that RAC did. Highly recommend RAC to get your loved one on track. Professional and lots of practical approaches that work to help the client really want to succeed. Amazing place and I can’t thank them enough.

the staff went above and beyond my expectations

I was a mom lost looking for assistance for her son who wanted help. RAC was more than compassionate and helpful to accommodate him. The staff always answered the phone and would ease my anxiety by answering my daily questions. They not only helped my son, but they also helped our entire family with understanding addiction and the weekly family sessions were so helpful. He completed his 45 day treatment and went straight into an 8 week program at IMPACT affiliated with RAC.

This place has been really great, everyone is compassionate and loving.
