Situated between LA County and the San Diego region, clients have access to a comfortable detox, and residential services in a relaxed living environment. Clients will have the opportunity to engage in weekly individual therapy, case management, group therapy, psychiatry, medication management, nursing, holistic services like massage, yoga, meditation, physical fitness, equine therapy, horticulture (organic gardening), art therapy, and aftercare planning.
Capo Canyon offers 5 luxurious private rooms with queen-sized beds, plush linens, personal TVs, flexible technology access, and workspace to accommodate executives and professionals. Healthy meals are also provided by Chef Geno, using ingredients from an on-site organic garden. Capo Canyon’s spacious interior has a comfortable lounge area with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Each room feels comfortable and serene, which they believe is highly important to recovery and clients’ overall comfort. Accredited by The Joint Commission, Capo Canyon is only a phone call away for those looking for truly individualized treatment in an up-scale, home-like treatment setting.
Capo Canyon takes an evidence-based and holistic approach when treating addiction and dual-diagnoses. Capo Canyon specializes in treating a wide range of co-occurring conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, dissociative disorders, and more. They address any underlying causes that may be contributing to addiction, teaching skills to manage the causes or remove them as best as possible. Highly qualified therapists are ready and able to deal with any dual-diagnosis conditions, while offering the necessary tools to achieve long-lasting recovery. Capo Canyon also provides solution-focused therapy, which changes clients’ perspectives to focus on the solutions to a problem, not the problem itself. They provide a strong aftercare program to ensure that clients are well supported as they transition back to work, home, and life in general.
Capo Canyon’s renowned Southern California location makes them a warm and sunny healing oasis. They’re also close to many major airports, like LAX and Santa Ana’s SNA. Capo Canyon is just a quick 10 minute drive away from the coast and SoCal beaches. They can pick up clients from their home, the airport, a bus stop, or anything similar. To that end, Capo Canyon also ensures that they have some of the most expert, qualified staff available. They are proud to deliver on this, from their psychiatrist to their therapy dog, Max. Each person at Capo Canyon is dedicated to clients’ success and helping them rediscover the joy that lies in sober living.
