About The Fullbrook Center
The Burning Tree program, created especially for women recovering from addiction and co-occurring disorders, collaborates with The Fullbrook Center. The residential facility specializes in assisting women in their recovery from alcoholism or other substance use disorders while also healing trauma. Josh and Jessica Slay, a husband and wife combination who founded the program, combine their experience with addiction and clinical knowledge to make it special for women. Their guiding principle is to restore freedom, connection, and power to the lives of their customers. Evidence-based mindfulness techniques, trauma therapy, shame resiliency, Attachment Theory, and 12-Step modalities are all used in Fullbrook's therapeutic strategy. Equestrian therapy, EMDR, psychodrama, art therapy, mindfulness, experiential therapies, CBT, DBT, yoga, and psychoeducation are just a few of the many treatments that Fullbrook provides, ranging from evidence-based to holistic. Substance abuse, comorbid diagnoses, and trauma are areas of expertise for Fullbrook.
The Fullbrook Center is level 3.7 care ASAM certified, a member of NAATP, and it is CARF approved. Detox, residential, family programming, and aftercare are all provided at Fullbrook. Each client receives treatment round-the-clock. Every women should feel secure and at ease while receiving therapy, according to their priorities. In addition to semi-private bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a river, and a lot of outside space, Fullbrook's property in Fredericksburg, Texas, is cozy and comfortable.
