About Harmony Grove Recovery
Harmony Grove Recovery provides a wide variety of recovery services for children, adolescents, and adults. They offer medical detox, residential treatment, and flexible intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Harmony Grove also provides specialized mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in group and individual settings.
Harmony Grove believes in providing personalized treatment in a luxury environment. The resort-like home fosters a sense of calmness, making it easier for the client to relax and work on their underlying issues. The dedicated staff incorporates traditional talk therapy with 12-Step philosophy. Clients will engage in therapies like solution-focused therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR) specific for trauma, equine therapy, relapse prevention, meditation, yoga, and more. After completing the residential program, clients will be placed in the next level of care. The IOP is more flexible. This allows individuals to get back to work and spend more time with family and friends. Harmony Grove incorporates fun activities in the IOP. These activities are not only fun, but also provide therapeutic treatment. Activities can include spending time at the beach, horseback riding, sightseeing, yoga, and meditation.
Residential treatment takes place in San Diego with the beautiful Laguna Mountains providing a picturesque background. The luxury home has private bedrooms with queen-sized beds along with private bathrooms. The 5-star amenities include a gorgeous outdoor pool, gourmet prepared meals, a state-of-the-art-gym, and a large outdoor patio. Harmony Grove is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
