About Moving Mountains Recovery
Moving Mountains is an outpatient program that takes a unique approach to addiction recovery. Their mission is to not only provide a whole-person centered approach but to also help clients find a newfound passion for life. They collaborate closely with each individual to pinpoint particular passions and uncover hidden motivation. Moving Mountains accomplishes this through adventure therapy, recreational therapy, individual counseling, family therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). Their outpatient program also teaches how to switch from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one. Through the different levels of care, patients can engage in psychoeducation, relapse prevention, problem-solving, healthy relationships and other self-care topics.
Moving Mountains is located in northern New Jersey. The setting is modern, yet comfortable with catered meals delivered on-site.
