Serenity provides medically-supervised detox with the option of transitioning to their residential treatment service or outpatient service, which allows clients to continue treatment while living at home. Before medical detox, Serenity provides each client with an assessment to identify medical, psychological, and social requirements. The experienced staff at Serenity works with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan to optimize recovery. After detox, clients have the opportunity to embark upon residential services or outpatient treatment. Serenity New Jersey utilizes evidence-based therapy and counseling designed to help identify the root cause of addiction. Clients can engage in a variety of therapy such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, life skills, 12-Step facilitation, and family counseling.
Serenity New Jersey is part of the Delphi Behavioral Health Group, a nationwide network of drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers. Serenity New Jersey is located in Union, New Jersey, about 20 miles west of New York City. Serenity provides comfortable accommodations in a safe and welcoming environment. Clients can enjoy massage, acupuncture, and yoga during their stay. Serenity New Jersey is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are able to accept clients and administer services at any hour of the day. Serenity New Jersey accepts most private insurance.
